Cookie Policy

This document explains how batik77 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide a secure, personalized, and efficient gaming experience for our users in Malaysia.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to "remember" specific information about your visit, which helps the platform function correctly and improves your overall user experience. In addition to standard cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage—which saves data on your browser for longer periods—and tracking pixels, which are tiny, invisible images used to monitor how a user interacts with a page.

For a gambling platform, these technologies are essential. They enable secure session management, ensuring that your account remains active while you navigate from the game lobby to the cashier, and they help us identify potential security threats or fraudulent activity to keep your funds and data protected.

Types of Cookies We Use

To ensure a high-quality experience on batik77, we categorize our cookies based on their purpose. Some are required for the site to function, while others are optional and used for optimization.

How We Use Cookies

Authentication & Security

We use session cookies to keep you authenticated. This prevents you from having to re-enter your credentials every time you change pages.

Preference Management

Cookies store your settings, such as the display of MYR currency, ensuring a consistent visual experience across your sessions.

Fraud Prevention

Tracking technologies help us detect multi-account creation and suspicious login patterns to maintain a fair gaming environment.

Usage Analytics

By measuring page interactions, we can identify technical glitches and optimize the layout of our game lobby.

Third-Party Cookies

While we manage the primary cookies on our site, some of the technology used by batik77 is provided by external partners. These third-party cookies are typically set by service providers in the categories of web analytics, advertising networks, and payment processing or fraud prevention tools.

Because these cookies are managed by outside entities, we do not have direct control over them. We recommend that you review the individual privacy and cookie policies of these providers to understand how they handle your data.

How to Manage or Disable Cookies

You have the right to decide which cookies are stored on your device. Most modern web browsers provide tools to manage these settings. If you wish to disable cookies, you can generally find the options in the following menu paths:

Google Chrome

Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies

Safari

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data

Mozilla Firefox

Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data

Microsoft Edge

Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies

You may also use "Incognito" or "Private" browsing modes. While these modes delete cookies once the window is closed, they do not stop the site from using session cookies during your active visit.

Important Warning: Blocking essential cookies will significantly impact your ability to use this platform. Specifically, you will be unable to maintain a stable login session, and functions like deposits and withdrawals will not work.

Cookie Consent & Your Choices

Your control over cookies is primarily managed through your browser settings as detailed above. Where batik77 provides a notice regarding cookie usage, you may be able to acknowledge or adjust your preferences through the provided interface.

Regarding your data, we respect your privacy. Where provided by applicable laws in Malaysia, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of the data collected via these technologies. For more detailed information on our general legal terms, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements. We will announce significant changes via a site notice. We encourage you to periodically review this page and check the "Last Updated" date at the top to stay informed about how we handle your information.
